Registration Fee:
$750 USD

The registration fee includes admission for one person to all sessions, a symposium CD and program, T-shirt, welcome reception on Monday evening (June 15), and breakfast and lunch each day of the Symposium.

Refund Policy
Prior to May 31, full refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. Between June 1 and June 12, refunds of $350 will be issued. No refunds will be issued after June 12.
