Registration Fee:
Registration: $885 USD
The registration fee includes admission for one person to all sessions, a symposium CD and program, T-shirt, welcome reception on Tuesday evening (June 22), and breakfast and lunch each day of the Symposium.
Additional Information
Refund Policy
Prior to May 31, full refunds will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. Between June 1 and June 18, refunds of $350 will be issued. No refunds will be issued after June 18.
